    Demanding an expanded meeting of the Agricultural, Fisheries and Livestock Committee


      Asharqia Chamber represented by Agricultural, fish and livestock Committee expanded has held its expanded meeting on Wednesday, November 3, 2016, in its headquarters in Dammam.
    The attendance in the meeting, which was chaired by Committee Chairman Mohammed bin Nasser Al Dail, attended by Director General of the Department of Agriculture Affairs in the Eastern Province Tariq bin Abdullah Al Melhem, appreciated  the recent decisions of the Council of Ministers, which they described as supportive to agriculture,fisheries and livestock to contribute to the progress of  the mechanism of work , and correcting its path to be able to provide its services in the best standards.
      Al Dail saidthat the meeting discussed the many challenges the facing the participants of the sector, such as: settlement rate, Nitakaat program, employment fees and the road network and its effect in supporting the sector and electricity in addition to the obstacles facing the agricultural areas in the region such as the west airport area and Al Qaria al alia.
    The attendance demanded to open the door for investment in portable veterinary clinics also to establish marketing associations for the agricultural sector, also they hope for the support of the of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, to investors in the agriculture,fisheries and livestock sector.
